We know how important it is to eliminate the risk of selling to a minor within your business, which is why our team is here to help you set up your system and make sure it's working correctly.

We include a 1-year warranty on the hardware and system operation. This service does not cover drops or physical damage to the hardware, or software updates.

We also offer value-packed service and support upgrades to augment our strong service and support program. This service is only available within 30 days of the purchase of a new system.

Year 1 & 2 Extended Coverage

Our Year 1 and Year 2 extended coverage protection, updates, and support package significantly adds to your 1-year hardware and software coverage. This includes valuable additional features as:

Year 1 Enhanced - Upgrade your standard coverage with software updates in year 1 

For Year 1 & 2—Charged 1x per year. Your 1st payment covering year 1 is changed at your order or within 30 days of purchase. Another annual payment will be due 1 year from your order date in order to maintain extended coverage for 2 full years. Total 2 year payment for extended coverage is $480.

For Year 1, 2, & 3—Changed 1x per year. Your 1st payment covering year 1 is changed at your order or within 30 days of purchase. The second annual payment will be due 1 year from your order date in order to maintain extended coverage for the 2nd year. The third annual payment will be due 2 years from your order date in order to maintain extended coverage for the 3rd year. The total 3 year payments for extended coverage is $630.

Standard 1 Year Warranty and Returns

  • We will replace or repair any defective merchandise, upon its return, within 1 year of shipment. If this situation arises, please call or email us and we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a ship to address.
  • Once the RMA number is assigned to you, please ship the item and all enclosures back to us in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • After it arrives we will inspect and either repair or replace.
  • Our return and product support is limited to items purchased directly from Minor Decliner, at minordecliner.com.
  • If you purchase a Minor Decliner from someone else (any unauthorized seller), you have the option of a limited 3 month support and service agreement ($300).
  • This does not cover the cost of materials, shipping, and added labor.

  • Before you return an item, you agree to contact Minor Decliner to resolve the issue. We will have 14 business days to resolve the issue. A RMA # is required to return an item.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must be the original purchaser of the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • This policy does not include service to repair damage to the product resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or any modification of the product.
  • We do not pay, or reimburse for return shipment, but we do cover the cost of shipping any replacement merchandise to you.

Our goal is to satisfy our Customers

  • Returns are honored only if the product does not work per the features offered.
  • Returning the product because it does not have a feature that you would like it to have, but is not part of the item listing and offer, is not a valid reason for return and will not be honored even inside the 30 day return period.
  • If you have a question about what the product does and how it works, please ask before purchasing.
  • To be eligible for a full refund inside the 30 day period from your purchase date, your item must be in good working condition with no damage, upon the receipt of the return.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Before sending back the item, the return must be authorized. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number and a ship to address. Unauthorized returned packages will be sent back without opening.

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered with its original packing material. Return items that are damaged or missing components are subject to repair and/or replacement charges.
  • We encourage that the returned item to be insured, as we do not cover return shipping losses.
  • The delivered date will be according to the Fedex or UPS tracking system.
    Items authorized for return must be received within ten (10) days of the RMA. After ten days, the package will be returned back to the sender without opening
