Return and Refund Policy
Our return and product support is limited to items purchased directly from Minor Decliner, at minordecliner.com. If you purchase Minor Decliner from someone else (any unauthorized seller), you have the option of $300 support and service agreement. This does not cover cost of materials and shipped and added labor.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your product is over 30 days old, you can call us, and we will try to help you what the product. If after this troubleshooting call, and you want to have the system repaired, we will give you a RMA #, then ship it back to us. We will let you know the estimated repair cost. The minimum diagnosis fee is $100. This fee is waived for the 1st 90 days
To be eligible for a refund inside the 30 day period your item must good working condition with no damage, upon the receipt of the return.
Before I return a item, I agree to contact Minor Decliner at email@example.com to resolve the issue. We will have 14 business days to resolve the issue. A RMA # is required to return a item.
Returns only accepted if the product does not work per the features offered. Returning the product because it does not have a feature that you would like it to have, but is not part of the item listing and offer is not a valid reason for return and will not be honored even inside the 30 day return period. These type of requests will not be honored. If you have a question about what the product does and how it works, please ask before purchasing.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must be the original purchaser of the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All returns may be subject to a 40% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount.
If you received free shipping or any other type of discount, this will be deducted from any amount refunded and is additive to the restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping and return shipping (if we paid it) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
